As the Senior Pastor and Founder of Living Water Fellowship Church, she has been able to bring the unadulterated word to her congregation since its inception. In 2008 They began leasing space from a Seven Day Adventist Church. Just over a year in a half they were granted a loan to purchase their own worship facility that they converted from and old grocery store and pharmacy. Known for her candid teaching and the ability to keep it real, under her leadership, the church has grown from its humble beginnings of 17 members to over 1700 making it one of the fastest growing churches in Indianapolis.
A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Pastor Outlaw attended Indianapolis public schools and graduated from Broad Ripple High School. She attended Cross Roads Bible College and Indiana Bible College. She received a degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Rev. Joel A. Urshan is a fourth generation Apostolic-Pentecostal. He preached his first sermon at the age of eleven and since that time he has evangelized in nearly every state in the United States and many countries of Western Europe. He has also ministered in youth and family camps, youth conventions and conferences throughout his ministry. He served five years as a youth leader and co-pastor with his father in Kokomo, Indiana. In 2005 he and his family moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where they are pastoring the Tree of Life Church. His ministry is dynamically anointed with the presence of the Holy Ghost and has touched thousands of lives.
C. Shawn Tyson is the youngest of 5 talented siblings born to the late Bishop James E. and Elect Lady Evelyn Tyson. Born and raised in the church, Pastor Tyson began matriculating in the ministry at a young age, being born again at the age of eight and preaching his first sermon at the age of eighteen. Walking in the footsteps of his Mother and his elder Brother, the world-renowned psalmist and co-founder of Tyscot Records, the late great L. Craig Tyson, Pastor Tyson developed a heart for worship at a young age and is known for his intense passion for praise and worship, as well as being a well accomplished, composer, musician and choir master.
Pastor Tyson launched into full time ministry in 1990 traveling globally as an international evangelist, before accepting the Pastorate of the Apostolic Faith Assembly in Canton, Ohio in 1993. In 1997, Pastor Tyson returned to Indianapolis, IN, as the Assistant Pastor of his home assembly, Christ Church Apostolic, where he served faithfully until July of 2010, when he was called by God to assume the Pastorate of his family's home church, Calvary Ministries International in Youngstown OH, succeeding his mentor and spiritual Father, the late, legendary, Bishop Norman L. Wagner.
Pastor Tyson is a committed Husband, Father, Pastor, mentor and friend. His intense devotion to worship, evangelism, and unifying the body of Christ across denominational lines through fellowship and the spiritual and academic development of aspiring young ministers through the spoken word, seminars, lectures and symposiums has made him one of the most sought-after speakers in the United States to date.
Bishop Ralph L. Dennis is the establishmentarian and Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Fellowship Covenant Ministries, Inc., a synergistic fellowship of Christian churches, ministries, and businesses in the United States, the Republic of South Africa and Kenya. He has also impacted ministries in Australia. As the CEO and President of R.L. Dennis Ministries, he takes pride in training, equipping, empowering and mobilizing leaders.
After serving for 35 years as the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Worship Center in Towson, Maryland and Columbia Family Worship Center, in Columbia, Maryland, he retired from the pastorate.

He is also a member and mentor of the John Maxwell Team. Until recently, he served for 19 years as a senior member of the Executive Board and was the Vice President of Fiscal Affairs of the Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops Congress headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
After attaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Morgan State College, Baltimore, Maryland in 1971, he furthered his education and currently holds a Master of Theology in Bible Theology from the International Bible Seminary, Orlando, Florida (1983), an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College, Jacksonville, FL and a Doctorate of Theology from North Carolina College of Theology (2008). He is currently pursuing a PhD involving interdisciplinary research on the Integration of Faith and Society. He has also completed the Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) sponsored by Harvard Divinity School’s Center for the Study of Values in Public Life.
Bishop Dennis makes available to the Body his keen understanding of church government and divine order. He loves teaching church leaders on subjects relative to equipping the saints in the 21st century and their kingdom anointing by enriching and challenging audiences to hear and obey God. His fatherly anointing has blessed many bishops, pastors and ministry leaders across the nation.
His vision is to see the Church come to its full maturity and responsibility of purpose, thus rising into a New Kingdom dimension — having dominion in the earth. His teaching and preaching on the “five-fold” anointing in the church has revolutionized many ministries thus causing them to do the work of Christ in a more efficient and proficient manner.
Bishop Dennis also worked for about thirty years (30) in Corporate America in retail service station development and operations, bank operations management, sales and marketing, warehousing and distribution, new business development, with companies that include Maryland National Bank (now Bank of America), Exxon Company USA (now Exxon/Mobile), Carnation Company, Frito Lay, Inc., and Hanes DSD. He has also owned and operated several businesses.
He has authored more than 12 publications, which include: Transformational Thinking, Marketplace Jesus, and Divine Distinction.
Bishop Dennis co-shares his vision with his wife, Deborah. They share the blessing of three adult sons, one daughter-in-law, and seven grandchildren.
